A few years ago, we bought our filmmaker wireless lav kit from Rode Microphones. This is really a great kit, but for some reason the Micon connector in the lavalier mic created a REALLY nasty interference problem. We’ve been able to get rid of it for the most part, but suffered in a recent project by it being WORSE THAN EVER. So, the easy solution is buying a replacement Lav from Rode for about $60 (not including shipping). If you have this problem and your filmmaker kit is still in warranty, contact Rode and they’ll take care of it for you!
