Episode 8 is pretty eye opening and is definitely in my top 3 episodes for this season. Cameron and Anna Brown of Desert Sky Family Therapy are very down to earth and intuitive, considering they’re professionals in mental health. 

Ross and I are VERY BIG proponents of mental health. I think we’ve made that pretty clear over the last few years, so this episode is really important to us. It’s great to hear someone give a voice to mental health and the toll social distancing has taken on it for people. We strongly suggest you give this episode a listen!
